Pertsona orok du bere jardueraren fruituak eta jabetza intelektuala izateko eskubidea, komunitatearen interes orokorrak errespetatuz gero &#8220;(4. zuzenbidea).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gure herrialdeko baldintza sozialak ikusita, egiturazko langabezia-tasa handia izanik eta lana lehentasunezko kezka izanik, gaur egungo, XXI. mendeko eta gure inguruko lanak zer suposatzen duen hausnartzeko beharra ikusi genuen.
